Scope of services

BISO operates as principal counterparty in over-the-counter transactions in digital assets. We quote firm two-way prices from our own book, execute bilaterally with onboarded clients, and settle in digital assets or fiat currency.

BISO does not provide custody of client assets as a standalone service, does not manage client portfolios, does not offer investment advice, and does not operate a multilateral trading venue.

Client eligibility

Services are available exclusively to professional, institutional and eligible corporate clients that have completed BISO onboarding, including KYB, KYC, sanctions and source-of-funds checks.

BISO does not onboard retail clients and does not accept clients resident in, or controlled from, sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions.

Jurisdictional limitations

The information on this website is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where the publication or availability of such information would be contrary to local law or regulation.

Availability of specific assets, currencies and settlement rails depends on client jurisdiction, counterparty classification and the applicable banking partner.

Risk statement

Digital assets are volatile and may lose value rapidly. Transactions are executed at the client's own risk and are final once confirmed. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation.
