Details of the legal entity behind BISO and the basis on which it provides digital-asset agency brokerage services.

Legal entity
BISO is the commercial brand of BISO Partners Inc., a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada on 16 January 2026.

Scope of services
BISO acts as an agency broker in spot digital-asset transactions. Clients provide an execution instruction and BISO facilitates execution by sourcing and accessing liquidity from third-party venues, exchanges, market makers and liquidity providers on the client's behalf.
BISO does not act as principal to client transactions, does not deploy its own balance sheet to take the other side of client orders, does not make markets, does not provide custody of client assets as a standalone service, does not manage client portfolios, does not offer investment advice, and does not operate a multilateral trading venue.
Client eligibility
Services are available exclusively to professional, institutional and eligible corporate clients that have completed BISO onboarding, including KYB, KYC, sanctions and source-of-funds checks.
BISO does not onboard retail clients and does not accept clients resident in, or controlled from, sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions.
Jurisdictional limitations
The information on this website is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where the publication or availability of such information would be contrary to local law or regulation.
Availability of specific assets, markets and execution routes depends on client jurisdiction, client classification and the third parties BISO is able to access.
Risk statement
Digital assets are volatile and may lose value rapidly. Transactions are executed at the client's own risk and are final once confirmed. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation.
